果春青 教授

江苏省特聘教授

果春青,博士,教授,博士生导师。2008年毕业于北京师范大学细胞生物学专业获理学博士学位。2008年至2015年在美国Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center和Virginia Commonwealth University Massey Cancer Center从事博士后研究。2015年至2023年在美国Virginia Commonwealth University Massey Cancer Center先后任讲师,助理教授。长期从事肿瘤免疫学研究,在PNAS, Hepatology, Nature Communications, Cancer Research和Annals of Rheumatic Diseases等国际知名刊物上发表学术论文60余篇,成果被引用近3000次。在美国工作期间承担及参与American Cancer Society,National Institute of Health,National Cancer Institute多项重大课题。2023年入选江苏省特聘教授,加入徐州医科大学肿瘤生物治疗国家地方联合工程实验室,建立肿瘤免疫治疗研究组。


研究方向:

(1)肿瘤微环境中影响树突状细胞(dendritic cell)交叉递呈肿瘤抗原的机制研究;

(2)树突状细胞作为肿瘤疫苗在肿瘤治疗中的应用;

(3)从表观遗传学角度探索优化肿瘤ACT和CAR-T疗法。
